1. Terms used in the rules
1.1. Baggage - personal belongings of passengers, packed in a bag or suitcase, which are scheduled for transportation on the same flight and are transported in the luggage compartment of the bus.
1.2. Hand luggage - small personal belongings not exceeding 5 kg (outer clothing, women's bag, bottle of water, umbrella, laptop, etc.)
2. General rules
2.1. When transporting luggage in the luggage compartment of the bus, the carrier is responsible only for the presence of a piece of luggage, but does not guarantee its integrity or operability. The carrier is not responsible for minor or superficial damage to luggage, in particular for broken wheels and handles, lost straps and minor damage such as cuts, scratches, creases or stains that have appeared during daily depreciation and use during the trip. The passenger is responsible for the safety of hand luggage.
2.2. A special badge with a number is attached to each piece of transported luggage. Accordingly, the driver writes the number from the badge into the waybill (an entry is made next to the full name of the passenger to whom the luggage belongs). If the passenger is transporting two or more pieces of luggage, the number of entries will be equal to the number of badges.
2.3. When checking in luggage, the passenger must keep in mind that during the flight, access to items in the luggage compartment is closed.
2.4. The passenger is responsible for the safety of hand luggage during the flight, including during stops and crossing borders!
2.5. For security purposes, the carrier has the right to check the contents of the luggage. In case of refusal, the carrier has the right to deny the passenger the trip.
2.6. Baggage is checked in the presence of the passenger to whom it belongs.
3. Free baggage transportation
3.1. The ticket price includes:
3.1.1. Hand luggage - personal belongings of the passenger weighing no more than 5 kilograms, which are in the passenger's cabin of the bus. Hand luggage is located under the feet or on the luggage rack. It is forbidden to place hand luggage in the aisle of the bus cabin. The Passenger is responsible for the safety of hand luggage during the flight, including stops and borders.
3.1.2. Main baggage - a suitcase or bag, the dimensions of which do not exceed 80*40*40 centimeters and weighing up to 30 kilograms, which is transported in the luggage compartment.
4. Baggage for which you must pay extra
4.1. Additional baggage is accepted for transportation only if there is free space in the luggage compartment of the bus and for a separate fee. The free space in the luggage compartment is determined by the driver upon boarding, taking into account the total number of passengers on the bus, the distribution by city and other factors.
4.1.1 The Carrier has the right to refuse the passenger to transport additional luggage. If in this case the passenger decides to refuse the trip, the passenger with such a ticket has the right to postpone the date of the trip at the official representative office of the Carrier.
4.1.2. If there is free space in the luggage compartment of the bus, it is allowed to transport no more than 2 units of additional luggage per passenger.
4.2. If the dimensions of the luggage exceed those established in clause 3.1.2., then:
On regular routes to Poland/Czech Republic and from Poland/Czech Republic, 10 EUR (up to 30 kg) is paid for each unit of additional luggage.
In case of payment in another currency, the calculation is made at the bank rate - EUR.
5. Transportation of special baggage
5.1.Bicycles (folded), sports equipment, musical instruments, etc., are accepted for transportation only by prior agreement with the Carrier. If the Carrier agrees to the transportation of such baggage, and the passenger has additional baggage, then the amount specified in clause 4.2. of these Rules shall be paid for each unit of additional baggage.
5.2. A baby stroller (folded only), in the absence of other baggage, is transported free of charge, but if there is baggage, in addition to the stroller, then the additional baggage place is paid for in the amount specified in clause 4.2. of these Rules.
5.3. A wheelchair is transported free of charge (folded only), regardless of whether the passenger has additional baggage.
6. Right to refuse to transport baggage
6.1. The carrier does not accept oversized cargo for transportation in the luggage compartment: building materials, car spare parts, furniture, household and electrical appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines and dishwashers, electric and gas stoves, televisions, video and music systems, etc.
6.2. The carrier has the right to refuse to transport luggage if:
6.2.1. The structure, shape or smell of the luggage may damage, contaminate the luggage of other passengers, the bus interior or the luggage compartment, may and/or interfere with passengers or the bus crew.
6.2.2 The bus crew has suspicions that the contents of the bags may cause a delay when crossing the border.
6.2.3. If a passenger refuses to pay extra for luggage exceeding the quantity or dimensions approved for free transportation, uses foul language, behaves defiantly or in any other emotional or physical way expresses his dissatisfaction with the crew upon boarding the bus.
