Rules of transportation of minors

Although the Civil Code of Ukraine provides for the right of free independent travel of adolescents aged 16 and 17 outside the country, in most countries of the European Union it is allowed to cross the border independently only from the age of 18 (and up to this age only with an adult representative), the same, in practice there are many cases when Ukraine releases a child at the border, and Poland does not let them in.

Unfortunately, Ukrainian legislation regarding the rights of teenagers differs from European legislation. In the EU, they are considered children who need supervision.

There are many situations where the carrier is fined for transporting a child without a representative. They hold the bus at the border until the child's representative personally comes to the border to pick her up, or even <> one of the drivers from the flight to accompany the child home, and the bus continues with one driver, who stayed, cannot make the flight.

Taking into account the above, and in order to avoid misunderstandings with minor passengers, we inform you that we do not transport children aged 16 and 17 unaccompanied by an adult. Therefore, please take this into account when purchasing tickets through online services on your own. Such tickets are non-refundable.
